How to set up your signature

Follow these steps to set up your RevitPay email signature in Outlook. The process takes about two minutes.

1

Fill In Your Information

Full Name — enter your name exactly as you want it to appear.
Job Title — your official title.
Phone Number — include the country code. Example: +1(216) 435-2542
Email Address — your @revitpay.com address.

2

Select Your Optional Items

ETA Certification badge is on by default. Leave it checked.
Check LinkedIn if you want to include your profile link, then paste your LinkedIn URL.
Check Scheduling Link if you use Calendly or Microsoft Bookings, then paste your link.
Check Merchant Application Link only if relevant to your role.

3

Generate Your Signature

Click the Generate Signature button. A preview will appear below the form. Review it before copying.

4

Copy the Signature

Click the Copy Signature button in the top-right of the preview. The button will confirm it copied by turning green and saying Copied.

5

Paste Into Outlook

Open Outlook.
Go to File › Options › Mail › Signatures › New.
Give your signature a name (example: RevitPay).
Click inside the signature text area.
Press Ctrl+V to paste.
Click Save, then OK.
Set your new signature as the default for New Messages and Replies if prompted.

Notes

  • The signature has the RevitPay logo built in. You do not need to upload or link any images.
  • The ETA badge and LinkedIn icon require an internet connection to display in Outlook. They load from external URLs.
  • Link colors may appear in Outlook's default blue. This is an Outlook limitation and does not affect how the signature functions.
  • If you need to update your signature later, simply repeat these steps and overwrite the existing one in Outlook.
